Mousehole has been described by Dylan Thomas as the "loveliest village in England", and justifiably so. It's a tiny harbour town, close to Penzance on the south west coast.  The town has a fascinating history, which we expand on here

Where to Stay

If you want to stay in the heart of mousehole, then there are many holiday cottages to rent in mousehole, the coastguard hotel and the ship inn.

Where to Eat

For such a small town there are several excellent restuarants, as well as numerous cafes. One of the most popular places is  2 Fore street.  The coastguard hotel offers excellent sunday lunches.  If you zoom into the map below we've listed all of these.
