Along the path towards lands end, there is a coast watch tower. Porthgwarra is very popular with local birdwatchers, with a wide variety of seabirds and some national rarities at different times of the year. There are stunning sea views.
To get there take the road signposted to Porthgwarra , heading from Porthcurno towards lands end, in the village of Polgigga. Be warned this is a very narrow road, so make sure you’re happy reversing to let traffic past. Follow the road down the hill, and just after the small shop on the right there is a pay and display car park.
